Rates and Reservations:
All rates include local and state room taxes, and state sales tax.

One or two people - $148.50/night
Three to four people - 165.00/night
Five or more* - 198.00/night

Weekly and monthly rates are available and depend upon the number of occupants and the length of occupancy.

 *Though we are approved for up to 8 person occupancy, keep in mind that there are only two bathrooms, one entered through the first floor bedroom, and one through the second floor bedroom.  The third floor sleeping area has a low, sloped ceiling, and would probably be most comfortable for small children.  There is a regular sofa and a small fold-out sofa in the living room.

Pet Policy:
Well-trained dogs and cats may be allowed, but must be pre-approved and are considered on a case by case basis.

Deposit and Refund Policy:
For most visits, one night's fee is required as a deposit.  It will be fully refunded if two weeks' notice can be given before date of arrival.  Balance is due upon arrival.  We accept personal checks, money orders, or cash.  We are not yet set up for credit or debit cards.

The Deatsville Inn is located in a quiet rural setting in Cox's Creek, off Highway 245, about 35 minutes from Louisville and an hour from Lexington.
